Temporary Digital Library Manager

Dial Engineering ("DE") is a consulting firm dedicated to the analysis and prevention of accidents. Our goal is to reconstruct from a scientific viewpoint the complex events surrounding accidents involving mechanical systems on behalf of individuals, corporations, insurers, government entities, and associations.

The position is that of a temporary summer hire who will curate and enlarge the firm’s digital library of technical literature. The library is comprised of several thousand PDF documents and is managed via EndNote. 
Tasks will include: 

The position is part-time, two full days a week suggested. Hours are flexible, and DE is open to having the Library Manager work remotely, if it’s technically feasible. The duration of the position could be lengthened or shortened, if desired, depending on the rate of progress on the project.

Proficiency in EndNote is a must, including being able to enter and manage data, and make suggestions for improvements to the database.
